Wight Consulting has provided
Professional Engineering and Planning Services throughout the U.S. with
emphasis on the Midwest and the Chicago Metropolitan area. The firm's location on 127 South Northwest
Highway, Barrington, Illinois 60010 has been our office since 1964 with two
other locations in Barrington since 1953. The client base of Wight Consulting includes
local, township, regional, state and federal governments along with special
governmental districts. Our services also include a limited number of private
clients in the land development fields, real estate industry, business
commercial endeavors and economic evaluation. Wight Consulting Services for its 50+ years
have included all aspects of municipal engineering plus lake enhancement,
environmental engineering, city and subdivision planning, financial analysis,
utility evaluation, landscape architecture, construction management,
design/build, erosion and sedimentation control, park and recreation
facilities, control structures, construction inspection, and effective
problem solving. Wight Consulting is fully computerized and has a scanning
operation to control the paper work and control the vital record information. Wight Consulting personnel have extensive
education and experience in all of the fields for which we provide
professional services and annually update our qualifications for the Illinois
Department of Transportation, Division of Highways. Our mission is to provide our clients with
economic solutions and planning for the future. Wight Consulting develops a project team in
order to encompass the field engineering design and construction management
or observations that will be determined by the client's needs and method of
operation. Personnel selected from the firm's personnel are those particularly suited for each project as needed. |
